Services

The Concept Archive provides custom merchandise design, production coordination, and optional employee storefront setup for business customers.

Orders & payment

• Order quantities and pricing are quoted per project — no minimum order required
• Payment terms are specified on each Stripe invoice
• Shipping is billed separately unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Production begins after payment and final artwork approval

Artwork & authorization

• Client must authorize use of their logo and brand assets before production
• Client owns approved final artwork
• The Concept Archive may use completed work in portfolio only with written client permission
• Speculative mockups sent during outreach are concepts only and not authorized for production until client approval

Custom goods & returns

Custom-manufactured goods are non-refundable except for manufacturing defects. See our Return & Replacement Policy. Defective items will be replaced at no charge within 14 days of delivery.

Production timeline

Standard production: 7–14 business days after artwork approval and payment. Timelines may vary based on order size and supplier capacity.

Limitation of liability

The Concept Archive's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
