Return & Replacement Policy
Custom merchandise
All products are custom-manufactured to your specifications. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing preference, or design approval after production begins.
Defective items
We will replace items with manufacturing defects (print errors, misalignment, fabric flaws) at no charge if reported within 14 days of delivery with photo documentation.
Samples
Free evaluation samples are provided for quality assessment only. Samples are not part of a free-gift program and do not obligate either party to a purchase.
Shipping damage
Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging and product. We will coordinate replacement with the carrier.
